US-based synthesis with batch-level accountability.
We make every peptide ourselves at Noble Harbor, our facility in California — not by hiring whoever's cheapest. Every batch gets tested independently and ships with a certificate showing exactly what's in it.

Synthesis
How the peptide is built
We build each peptide one amino acid at a time on a tiny solid anchor — a method called solid-phase peptide synthesis. It's the same approach used to make pharmaceutical peptides and it gives us precise control over every step.
When the chain is finished, the raw mixture still contains some imperfect copies. We run it through a purification process that strips those out, aiming for a final product that's at least 98% the actual target peptide — verified independently on every batch.

Processing
Drying, filling, and sealing the vial
After purification we freeze-dry the peptide into a stable powder you can store at room temperature for shipping and at freezer temperature for the long term. Each compound has its own freeze-drying recipe — temperature, vacuum level, and timing — tuned to keep the peptide intact.
Then we weigh out each portion, fill the vials, and seal them in a controlled clean environment. Every vial gets a lot number stamped on it at this step. That number is the thread that ties your specific vial back to the synthesis run it came from.

Verification
Two tests every batch has to pass
Two separate analyses run on every batch before it ships. The first measures how much of the powder is the actual target peptide (we're looking for ≥98%). The second confirms the molecular weight matches what we intended to make — proof we're shipping the right compound, not a look-alike.
Every result lands on a Certificate of Analysis — a one-page document with the lot number, synthesis date, purity percentage, mass-spec finding, appearance, and storage instructions. You can pull up the COA for any of our compounds from its product page before you buy.
Representative trace from a recent BPC-157 batch. Every shipped lot carries its own chromatogram on the Certificate of Analysis accessible from the product page.

Every vial leaves a paper trail
The lot number printed on your vial connects all the way back to the specific synthesis batch, the purification run, the analytical tests, and the date it was made — all kept on file at Noble Harbor from raw material receipt through shipping.
If you bought something six months ago and need the original paperwork (regulatory inquiry, internal QA, replicating a previous experiment), the lot number alone is enough to pull everything back up.
