Yes. Volume pricing is automatic and needs no code: 3 vials of the same dose take 10% off, and 5 or more take 20% off. It is applied at checkout. Seasonal buy-more-get-free campaigns run on top of a promo code or a campaign link; your cart applies whichever single offer is worth more. For institutional accounts that need tiered pricing, larger SKU sizes, or custom synthesis, please apply for a wholesale account - a NuLumin rep will reach out within one business day to scope pricing and lead times.

Orders process within 1-3 business days, then move by ground shipping, which typically arrives in 3-5 business days. Shipping is $15 flat and free on orders of $200 or more.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to fulfill orders to destinations outside the United States at this time.

Yes. Every product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis that includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and other relevant analytical results. COAs are also available for download from each product page and our COA Library.

All catalog peptides are manufactured to a minimum of 99% purity as verified by HPLC. Each batch ships with its own Certificate of Analysis documenting the specification it was verified against.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides are stable at room temperature - keep them sealed, dry, and out of direct light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within the timeframe noted on the COA - typically 2-4 weeks. Specific storage instructions are included on each product label and COA.

We accept returns for defective products, shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing items. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipment, full refund, or store credit. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
