Domestic (US) orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, expedited 2-3 days, and overnight is available. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Yes. Every product ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis that includes HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and other relevant analytical results. COAs are also available for download from each product page and our COA Library.
All catalog peptides are manufactured to a minimum of 98% purity as verified by HPLC. Many compounds exceed 99%. The exact purity for each batch is documented on its Certificate of Analysis.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within the timeframe noted on the COA — typically 2-4 weeks. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage instructions are included on each product label and COA.
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout (10% off at 5+ units, 20% off at 10+ units of the same SKU). For institutional accounts that need net-30 invoicing, larger SKU sizes, or custom synthesis, please apply for a wholesale account — a NuLumin rep will reach out within one business day to scope pricing and lead times.
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. Please verify that the products you order may be legally imported into your country before purchasing. Orders refused by customs are non-refundable.
We accept returns for defective products, shipping damage, incorrect items, or missing items. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
