By accessing or using the NuLumin Bio-Sciences website (the “Site”), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and NuLumin Bio-Sciences (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
All products sold through this Site are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research, educational, and scientific investigation purposes only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, supplement, or food product. Products are not intended for therapeutic use, diagnostic procedures, or any clinical application. By purchasing from NuLumin Bio-Sciences, you represent and warrant that:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, purity specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), amino acid sequences, CAS numbers, molecular weights, and other technical data displayed on the Site are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. COAs reflect the analytical results for the specific batch tested and may vary between production lots within our stated specification ranges.
If a product you receive does not substantially conform to its published specifications, your sole remedy is set forth in Section 9 (Returns & Refunds).
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and institutional purchase orders (subject to credit approval). Purchase orders must be submitted with valid institutional credentials and are net-30 unless otherwise agreed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected. All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where appropriate to maintain product integrity during transit.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier errors, or other circumstances beyond our control. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, COA documents, product descriptions, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of NuLumin Bio-Sciences or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful purposes.

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the importance of chain-of-custody integrity, we maintain a strict return policy. Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match their published COA specifications. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation (photographs of damage, independent analytical data, etc.).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or products that have been opened and used.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NULUMIN BIOSCIENCES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC RESEARCH APPLICATION OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THEIR USE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NuLumin Bio-Sciences, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of any product purchased from us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
