Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day. Custom synthesis orders require additional lead time — typically 5–15 business days depending on peptide length and complexity.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by their country's customs authority.
Certain countries restrict the import of research peptides. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order may be legally imported into your country. We cannot provide legal advice regarding import regulations. Orders refused by customs are non-refundable.
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed, light-protected vials inside insulated packaging. During warmer months (May–September) or for shipments to warm climates, we include gel cold packs at no additional charge to maintain product integrity. Overnight shipping is recommended during extreme heat.
Upon receipt, immediately store products as specified on the product label and Certificate of Analysis — typically at -20°C for long-term storage or 4°C for short-term use after reconstitution.
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@nulumin.org.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost or contents are damaged, we will reship the order or issue a full refund at your choice.
