Program terms

The NuLumin Bio-Sciences messaging program sends order notifications, delivery notifications, customer-care replies, and occasional marketing messages to customers who opt in.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Order and delivery notifications are sent as your order moves. Marketing messages are capped at 1 per day and 3 per week per recipient.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. NuLumin does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email support@nulumin.org at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Other ways to opt in

The same consent checkbox, unchecked by default and separate from the email checkbox, also appears when you create an account, when you apply for a wholesale account, and on the contact step of checkout. Checking the SMS box never subscribes you to email, and checking the email box never subscribes you to texts.

Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from your notification settings, by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing support@nulumin.org.
